Refund / Replacement
In order for a replacement/refund to take place, we must receive a picture of the damaged or defective products within 3 days of delivery. BC Bud Supply has to review a refund case before issuing a refund. This review under normal conditions will take up to 5 – 7 business days.
After review of the images, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We may also request that the item be returned to us before we can finalize approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit or refund will be issued back to you.
